Dishnet Service

I'm having a challenge with this company. I called to have my service discontinued last November 2006 because the place I was moving to did NOT allow satelite services. I was under contract with Dishnet but was forced to move at the end of my lease because of HUD requirements. I explained this all to Dishnet, yet today I found out that they debited my checking acct for $147. I am so pissed!!! Has anyone else had problems with their service in the past and how was it resolved? I'm on a fixed income and must get this money back into my checking account so I can pay my bills here. Maybe someone with legal background could explain to me if Dishnet had a right to debit my account or not and what I can do to get them to pay up and forget about me.
