one of the best things you can do is go to allrecipes.com. They have thousands of recipes to search through, and my favorite thing to do is look at what I've got on hand, go to the Search by Ingredient part, put in what i want to use and it will then give you only recipes that have the ingredients that you want to use!..good luck

I have a very simple one that people always rave about--lacey cheese rounds. Just slice cheese into squares (I usually use cojack) and put them on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or so until they look bubbly or lacey. Let sit for a minute or two and then remove from baking sheet. Just before serving, add a small dollop of some sort of sour cream based dip--something southwestern and spicy is good. Add a couple of diced tomatoes and a cilantro leaf and you have a colorful and tasty appetizer.

I like to fix sausage balls. Sausage balls 2cups bisquick 1 package hot and spicy sausage 1 package shredded cheddar(16oz) 1 egg Mix together and roll into balls. Place in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 -25 minutes.
