Do you exercise often and on schedule? I do not and would like some input from others on how I can and how to stay motivated.

I am trying to get into this myself, I have high blood pressure and from what I have read exercise is good to do for this, so I have started going for a walk every day, and I have set a room up with my exercise bike, agswinger, and a set of scales and a blood pressure monitor and I am recording everything, trying to get serious about it all and now I am thinking of getting a good exercise dvd as well....

I do-- My daughter and I do tae-bo tapes tuesday-thursdays.. around 7 pm.. I also drop her off for basketball practice on mondays and wednesdays and then I walk the school for exercise- In the summer-spring-fall we ride bikes and take walks daily- Alot of people I know get up and exercise in the morning- Speeds up metabolism- but I hate getting out of bed so I tend to do my exercises after work and after dinner. Every little bit helps-- so if you cant find a good block of time during the day- exercise several times a day for 10-15 mintues Good luck!
