Why is the service not that good at times?

Sometimes it is quite dificult and to an extreme impossible to chat through the sms for smart and digicel. At times a message sent for example today will reach till the following day to the destined number. It is not that fair for us active users of the smart sms. It is true that the sms service is nearly free but i think that to whatever the service costs it should be the provider's bisiness to keep the costumers satisfied. Keep the good will then.

It is very difficult to provide services that are good alltogather they might be having problems, in network due to congestion it happens even in the best of the connection! they do try to do the best for you!
