I'm 27 and I'm constantly feeling that I've had a shallow life and have not done that much with my life. However there are some who would disagree. I own a small property in NZ, have an university degree, have recently moved to Australia to do a bit of travelling, had one long term relationship and several short ones. That's a snipit of my life. Do you reckon I'm just complacent? Do you reckon I've done a lot? or lived a sheltered life?

don't be too negative. think of what you have and can do. you have a small property, a university degree, you can afford to go to australia to travel. is that living a shallow life for you? stop putting yourself down or you really will have that shallow life that you're talking about. as they say, what you think is what you are. so think positive and you'll have positive results.

To me it sounds like you are doing what you want and therefor would be happy with your current position in life.Enjoy it until something else happens that will change your life in a new direction.
