Is richmails.net true or a scam?

hey, have you seen this site www.richmails.net? i have recently joined this site, well they promise pay-per-click just like some other sites. i just dont know if this thing is true. i have no proof yet so if you happen to know something about the site please feel free to reply on my post.

i have seen that site also, a friend of mine joined this one and referred it to me. well i haven't tried it yet because im afraid its a scam. but the site claim that you will recieve a $100.00 sign up bonus. sounds too good to be true.
