RAM 1gb(ddr 2) hard disk 120gb dualcore motherboard(946) dualcore processor(3.6 ghz) internet keyboard creative 5.1 speakers ups-wipro lcd monitor logitech keyboard/mouse dvd writer samsung this is the best configuration. tell me if something is missing. have a nice day.

If its for home purpose then this is googd enough Pentium 4 2.8 Dual core 1 GB RAM LG 17" DVD RW Intel 945 chipset

is it for home personal use..then go for this... inter core 2 duo 1.8 ghz 1 gb ddr2 ram dvd rw this would be better choice..

I think this will help you: -2 GB DDR-Ram -Processor AMD Athlon Xp 3500+ -HDD 500GB I think this should do this.
