maybe the fact that you are conceited is what is getting in the way of you having effective conversations with your friends. Maybe in time you will mature enough as a person to learn a modicum of humility you will find it becomes much more easy to explain yourself to people. In all honesty you will find that it wont be too much of a problem for long as i feel it is unlikely you will havwe many friends until you do mature enough. Never mind, we all have lessons to learn, and maybe dealing with your personality problems is your lesson/ blessed be keep on posting
