American cheese is always good. Especially on burgers. Mmm. Shredded cheddar cheese is good, too.

I love Parmesan, Cheddar, and Cottage cheese. In the Philippines the type of Edam cheese called, "Queso de Bola" is widely available during Christmas. Though it is pretty much expensive that those cheeses that I've mentioned, I don't really like Edam types of cheeses. Queso de Bola is is a cheese molded to form the shape of a ball. Together with bibingka and hamon it has long been one of the foods that serves as a Christmas icon in the Philippines.

I am from Canada and my favorite kind of cheese is block marble. We occasionally buy mozzerella cheese to put on our garlic bread and spegetti. MMM"

I am an American cheese lady. Also like colby and cheddar. Mozarella is good too. We have a large country in America and each region can have a cheese from cow, goat or other. There are sythetic cheeses as well. I try not to have any part of those. Some do though. Just as American people are varied so are the cheeses that are produced here.

Trappista is the most used in my family. I also like the mozarella, though it is more expensive. Anyway we eat a lot of cheese.
