I am asking this question to all Mom, Dad, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Sisters, Brothers, Friends ... If you or someone you knew just gave birth to Siamese Twins ... what would you want to happen. Seperate Them ? Try saving Both, Maybe One, or Lose Both. Do Not Seperate Them and let nature run its course. In some cases I know surgery is not an option depending on where the twins are connected but I would like an honest answer on your feeling for this subject.

This is a difficult discussion, as one never really would know what to do, until faced with that situation. My opinion is to separate them if possible. And, listen to the odds of what the doctor says. A lot of prayer would be given as well. If surgery is not an option, then it would be in God's hands completely.

Yeah I say go with the odds to. I think it is better to try something then nothing at all. Thanks for your response.

I think that as long as separating them is possible and safe, it should be done so each child can live their own life. Siamese Twins is a form of birth defect, so if surgery can be done with successfully I think the parents should definitely have it done for their children's sake.
