When your girlfriend gets pregnant would you marry her for the baby's sake?

there are so many pregnancies that leads to marraige specially her in our country, because of the shame that itwould cause if the girl did not get married immediately, how about you guys, would you marry the girl for the sake of your future child?

Okay, I'm not a guy but I do have an opinion on this. I think when a couple gets married it should be because they are in love with each other and not for the sake of the children. I think getting married because (and just because) your girlfriend is pregnant could cause resentment later on in the relationship. Marriage is a big step and one that should be taken for the right reasons.

It should depend on whether the people love each other, but even if not, they should both support the child, even if the parents don't live with each other. or don't get along. They should AT LEAST learnt to get along for the baby's sake.

I don't think people should necessarily get married just because it's bad and the baby will be born out of wedlock. I think people should get married because they love each other and nothing more. Because most of marriages that are based on pregnancies lead to divorces. So, why go through that? If there is no love, don't get married. Let whatever happens, happens. Love is what makes a marriage last forever.
