What pages do you use in your control journal?

What pages do you use in your control journal the most? I have a page in there that has every dinner we've ever made and every lunch and every breakfast. I use these pages every week when I'm making my weekly menu. What unique pages did you come up with?

It's a journal you use when you use this website...www.flylady.net. Basically it holds a lot of information for you in it. It has emergency contacts, menu planning, routines (daily/weekly), home blessing ideas...Just a lot of really neat things. I have benefited from it a lot. Everyone adds their own pages, that's why I want to know which page is used most often.
