Is it good to compare a youngster to his/her brighter brothers/sisters?

hi,Its not good to compare some body with anyone especially those who are in young age.It will give unnecessary bad feeling on whom we compare with.in that age people can't take it as positive.so tell them as individual.

Individual has different character.Do not take them as same situation.

No it is not good to compare. Each child is their own individual person and should be treated so. Comparing them does not make them try harder but demeans them. Each of them have their own unque qualities and this is what should be focused on.

There is different character with children.In the way,children may become so unsure,so afraind of failing.then they will not try at all.
