We all have to grocery shop. Do you take a list?

I always do. During the week I jot down things I need. Then when I go shopping I know what I need. tag:HerShe I'm trying my new theory.

I take a list but rarely need to use it because I always have a list of things we are out of stored in my head. This kind of impresses even me because we buy $400.00 worth of groceries at a time!
