Indian soaps. ..How many of you hate them join in

Hey friends,
I am an Asian and like every other household here, even my family is a victim of the uselss trashy indian soaps shown on starplus, sony, zee. The soaps are darn addictive, loaded with alot of graphical effects, songs but yeah they are piece of trash. In a gist all the stories have the same basic idea:-
The guy s from a high class family
the gurl is from a middle class family
the guy's mom is always evil
status issues
rape
child's father identity crisis.
I am a sick and tired of these extra retarded story lines. sterotypical and cheesy, they make no sense. but what i dont get it why! why! women here go crazy after these soaps

lmao, i cant stop laughing at this , it is really really sick of ekta kapoor serials and especially . it is only her serials , the 20 year gap and thena new generation , a man marrying 20 times over , oh god and the so many illegal children that keep popping out of the scenes and also not to miss a new entry when they have no story left .
i think ekta should be beaten like hell for creating such a crap on tv .
i hate balaji telefilms , i hare ekta and i dont know why women watch such silly stuff.
