Explain. Do you benefit from one more? Do you think you can be focused at one more? I think working out at home is good for me I like being in the comfort of my own home.

i think if you workout at home you do need to have a bit more willpower to drag yourself away from that comfy chair to go and workout, but i suppose that could also be said for going to the gym.

That is true, I guess you just have to discipline yourself and have a schedule that you stick to when you will exercise.

Get sweaty and stinky in the gym. Don't arrive that way. There are few things that put people off more than the smell of last week's workout emanating from your trainers. It’s only natural to sweat while working out but carrying a deodorant can easily take care of that. Appropriate dress is important in the gym. This does not mean you have to be clad in the latest designer wear. Just try and wear clothes that absorb sweat and don't smell too bad.

I like to do a combination of both. At home, I enjoy not having to wait for equipment and not being embarassed to work on my balance, since I tend to fall when I challenge myself. I like the gym, because of some of the big equipment I can't have in my home, like the thing that supports some of your weight while you do pull-ups.

I see your point there that is true. Although I don't really use that big equipment not that I dislike it, i've just never attempted.
