Aashiqui was a major turning point for Indian singer Kumar Sanu. He sang all but one of the songs in the superb album composed by Nadeem-Shravan. The same movie proved to be the turning point for Indian actor Rahul Roy( BIGG BOSS winner).

I agree.Aashiqui had great music.The one notable thing about the music of that film was all songs were equally good.I am not sure about the movie being great or Rahol Roy being a great actor.But both have made financial success. Good for all corncerned.
