help!!!

The other day I registered my Sonic Digital Media Plus v7 and now when I open the program, I can't see the screen! I know the program is open because when my cursor hovers over a certain spot, the description of the tab that is there is shown and when I press ALT and down, the menu is shown. But I can't see anything else!! I've tried to send the e-mail to the Sonic Help section on the Sonic website but I can't seem to submit it. Can anyone help me out?
