This whole world is corpt. we just has to do something to improve our world. I would say be nice to people and they will be nice to you. that the way I see it.

The government can't be completely successful if there is corruption within it because if there are corrupt authorities, they care quite a bit about themselves, and not enough for their country's people, usually. If they don't care what happens to their country, they are generally not successful in making it a better society.
