Cardio Vascular Exercises, How Much Do you Know?

How much do you know about cardio vascular exercises like running, jogging, and swimming? From my experience, i understand that these execises help regulate the oxygen level in our body by making use of our cardio, heart, and lung system to build up our stamina, endurance, and health. What are you views? Do you exercise at least 20-30 mins, 3 times per week?
