Ok so it's been a little while since i have been here, and I must have missed out on the whole new ratings thing, can someone please explain to me how it works? Thanks in advance.

we have a star which shows our reputations. the more quality our post are the better our rating. i think it has been introduced to stop people from simply responding to all discussions for increasing their number of posts

well if someone rates your answer with a + you get more money on that answer its sourd of a rank issue for example if you answer to someone you get 1 cent for that response but if you get a + you get 2 cents for that answer :)happy earnings
