i dont believe in god. i think life is not entirely meaningless without one. its all in the mind. ^__^ you could function as a happy and contented individual without ever believing in a god/gods.

some things people will never understand... - and thats phenomenology of man.. well never learn, until its over
i believe there is one omnipotent beyond any reason and beyond mind to reach.. and i can never say its name, and can never identify who of the being it could be... and never to knwo where it shall dwell upon... i never believed in religion, much more of whos who and whos right indifference... and the comparison.. the discriminative approach and infiltrated priori knowledge from young to adulthood, a misdirected knowledge passed on to who shall the child must follow, a inserted fear to think beyond the possiblity of the fact... a narrow minded of only to "follow" the norm of religion... its blasphemous for me... because we are all free. we practice the discipline of liiberation we are human indeed and we ought to see the truth, or search for the truth... and have our own judgement and not elderly impositions to do so... i am a free thinker... i may be skeptic and agnostic.. but what i concentrate more... is my existence, how i share it, how i make people around me appreciate life.. how i made everyone close to my heart a memory and essence that they always long for... how i made a child laugh, how i patently nurture earth... how i plant and learn to make it grow in the dependency of every existence capable of giving life and my abilities as well... im an existentialist, if only people thing its simplest and how they maximize their existence in a very wonderful concept of inner strength... we may never again experience war and misery of the fact that we are conquered by fear of all sort.. even the fear of a god. take care^_^ have a good day..

I disagree. I think you are totally wrong. If it wasnt for God how could you enjoy life??? You wouldnt have one! he is the one who created the heavens and the earth and all the animals and humans that are in it.. and when the time comes for Jesus to come get us what are you going to do then? Its the ones who believe that are going to have ever lasting life. he has a place prepared for each of us in heaven. we will be happy there and never have to feel pain. we will be happy finally.. and you want to choose to believe there is no God? and then you want to post this stuff on here to try to blind others into believing it and bring them to hell with you? you believe what you want, but me, I am following God all the days of my life. I KNOW he created me and I know he created you.. with any other person out there they would just turn their back on you, with God, He is ALWAYS there and no matter what you do in your life he is always willing to forgive you and he loves you no matter what you do.. his love never stops.. I am sorry that no one taught you about him.. you are missing out on so much.. and by posting on here that you dont believe and that you can be happy with out him, no you cant.. the devil has you blinded so badly, your on here spreading the devils word and working for him.. what can he give you?? he is the one who is responsible for pain.. the lord is here to help you through it.. I would rather be with the one who wants to help me, not kill me..

i'm sorry but i dont think that the universe/earth/humans were brought about by a supernatural being. heaven/paradise is an aspiration that when we die, we would not turn into nothingness. this is just to compensate the lack of meaning/purpose to do what is right. im sorry to say this. but i simply cannot comply/acquiesce to religion. i believe in science and i try to live my life by keeping it real through rational thoughts.

ya...ofcourse..its all in the mind..but basically thoughts in the mind are like a monkey that jumps here nd there..we can only direct in the right way by mastering it.god is nothing but pure soul nd positive attitude..god is not something present apart..god is the innerside of everybeing ..god is love.

not at all then y are u here every thing has a purpose of creation ! and the purpose of creation of the mankind is to worship ALLAH (S.W.T) so life is meaningless without God! and if one doesnot believe in Creator then my dear the theory of evolution is already not true then where to believe if there is no Creator? so there is a Creator! and the only Creator is ALLAH(S.W.T)

Why do you say the purpose of creation is to worship Allah? Although you may have been raised like that the meaning of life is a very controversial topic. You cannot define it with just words. It's way more than that. However, I respect your devotion to your religion.

I'm living a good life without one. Love, family, goals, all of these things have kept me fully satisfied. Many DO need a God though in order to feel that what they do is done for a reason.

Life can be meaningful without a god. People may actually be happier, thinking there is no god, and not having to worry about sins, upsetting God, etc. And yes, you should be able to function normally with/without God; otherwise, you're too dependant on God.

You don't need religious beliefs to live a meaningful life. You only need to believe in yourself.

I think that it is up to the individual to find meaning in their life. I don't think it is really a god that can prompt you to do this. I do not beleive in god, and I have plenty of meaning in my life, or so I feel.
