Diet Tip to Help You

Hi well as some of my friends know I now have sugar diabeties which has recently been discovered so I shall be putting out some help for others that are trying to lose weight so firstly Get plenty of sleep! Studies have shown that sleep deprivation can lead to carbohydrate cravings (not to mention making you tired and cranky, which can lead to to other bad for you food cravings, too so I hope that this helps those trying to lose weight.

I love my bed now , I have a new downie and I just don't want to get up lol , but now I have made some nice new friends like you it is getting easier xx

Thanks for that kathy and yup it is so true! im on a huge weight loss mission at the moment and am excercising like a mad woman and find that if i dont go to bed when im tired i undo all my good work by snacking. I have been sleeping much better these days though, must be because i am so tired! Do you have any other tips you might like to share?

Hi Kyliepops, Oh yes I put them out as I think of them but don't worry I have more coming out either today or tomorrow keep your eyes open and you will see them lol

I have noticed that I tend to grab for a snack when I feel tired. Its like my body can recognise the difference between tiredness through needing a snack and tiredness through needing sleep.
