when we are kids, we used to say that we want to be this or that. sometimes we do end up in that profession but sometimes we don't. so what did you want to be back then? what is your profession now and why?

I wanted to be a writer when I was about ten. Now I am a writer. Mostly small publications, but I'm working toward bigger and better days.

When i was younger, i used to have typical aspirations like everyone does. I wanted to be a doctor, lawyer, astronaut, scientist, psychologist, pilot, and even accountant. I realized that these are so called 'high' paying jobs, and my aim was to be able to earn as much as possible from the job. I never knew my real interests, and likings. For now, i would like to be a successful entrepreneur. I want to build a real load of business. This is one of the most difficult aspirations to fulfill. Many have failed, went bankrupt, even sucide. I am testing my abilities of coping with rejections, stress, opportunities, and even selling. I will one day become a successful businessman in the arena. I want to become a businessman with multiple talents, like ability to sing well, good-looking, rich, and famous. In that way, i can be glorifying, and testifying of why i am that successful, there is devine help from behind. I want to give Him honor, and glory. Now, i am a part-time student, running a part-time business, and having a part-time sports, serving full-time for God.

i think, with enough determination and faith there is nothing impossible. you seem to be very determined to achieve your goal so it wouldn't be imposible for you. and it is good that you keep you faith in the center of it all.

I wanted to be a singer. Now I work from home, but I am working on coming out with my first single, so that is pretty cool for me.

We all did this, I guess. Wanted to be some one and became something else. I wanted to become a pirate when I was a kid but I have grown up too decent and became a doctor. Well it happens

Before I was ten I wanted to be a nurse (I think at some point in their life, most little girls want to have this as a profession). Later in life, I decided I wanted to be a policeman or have something to do with the law. When I was eighteen I chose to take a secretarial course as I was told I could become a lawyer through this eventually, it would just take a lot longer but it would cost less in the long run. In all actuality, I worked as a secretary for six years, then after I had my third child I became a stay at home mom. Now that my children are older, I will be re-entering the workforce hopefully next month, but I'm not really sure what I want to be doing at that point.

that's a pretty drastic change in profession choice huh. from nurse, to policeman, to lawyer, to secretary. i hope you find what you really want to do. good luck on that.

i wanted to be a teacher when i was a kid too. a lot of kids i knew wanted to be one too. i guess it's because that's most likely the first profession we're exposed to aside from our parents'.

When I was a child I dreamt to become an artist. I liked drawing and painting very much, but when I grew up my parents didn't want I attended a painting school and so I stopped drawing. Now I work as a public servant, my work is stupid and boring and I hate it, but I have some hobbies, and obviously my favourite one is painting and drawing. I'll never become an artist, but I have fun so much with my pencil and my brush....
