I enjoy the lights off when I watch television because it makes me only concentrate on the television and nothing else. But having the lights off when you're watching television isnt particularly good for your eyes. So I have to start changing my habits or else I could damage my eyes without even knowing it.

i like to watch television with the lights off, it seems like im in a cinema and i seem to enjoy what im watching more than having the lights on!

it really all depends. sometimes the tv light will both my eyes if i leave them off other times it dont

I prefer them off, I think it is more enjoyable that way. I hate it when the lights are on, it is hard to enjoy it that way.

i like wtching with the lights off. its like i'm watching in a movie house. also i can focus more if the lights are off.

I enjoy watching TV with the lights turned out.It make me concentrate on the TV.
