windows problem

Run option is not appearing in my start menu. "Display run" option is also not appearing in the customize menu. On pressing window+R there comes a message about some restriction on my computer. Anyone who can help me???/

task manager is work? if you had that virus who send message of Yahoo Messenger, that is the problem. Say me if you have that virus and i can help you
