Yaa...surely they are.Major benefit of fruits and vegetables is their nutritiousness. Unless baked in a pie or dripping in butter, most are low in fat and calories--except avocados, coconut and olives, all of which contain fat naturally. Many are excellent sources of the important vitamins A and C and provide ample fiber. In addition, many fruits and vegetables, particularly dried beans and peas, are significant sources of folate, a B vitamin that can help reduce the risk of certain serious and common birth defects. And what to say about chicken;Chicken is high in protein, low in fat and low in cholesterol, making it a good selection for a healthy diet.Chicken is lower in fat than most other meats and over half of the fat is unsaturated fat, the type that helps lower cholesterol.

I don't have chicken, because I am a vegetarian. But definitely fruits are good for your health, if you have it in a controlled way, that applies to anything. Whatever you do, you ought to have control, even myLotting. That apart, fruits give you a lot of fibre and vitamins, you should not throw away the skin of fruits like apple and mango as they have a lot of vitamin content in it.

Are you asking us or telling us? I think fruits are for sure, but chicken is optional. We can do without it.
