Msc program in communication enginnering

I got my bachelor degree in Electronics and Electrical engineering which is one of the largest universities in Ethiopia and now I want to continue my education. what i want to know is first, do you give this program and what are the requrements to get your scholarship program?

Try posting this topic in The Science Advisory Board website under career advice, you will get a lot of ideas that way. However, you might need to play around with the wording in your topic a little so that people will know what to tell you. It has more than 30000 professionals in different areas of study, someone is bound to give you helpful hints.
