What are some home remedies for Psorisis?

Psorisis is hard to deal with.Some people have told me to use things like vinager,rub it on the area.Then theres the oatmeal bath,tanning beds,aloe plants and things like that.Do you know any home remedies for this?

I use to give my ex husband, vitamin e, and use to rub his arms and elbows down with bag balm, you can get it at walmart in the pharmacy. It worked great for him. He use to like to go to the beach because he said the salt water helped it as well.

I hav tried bagbalm also ,but didnt keep using it.Also two years ago we went to Destin,Fla. on vacation and we stayed there for three days and the salt water was really good for it.Thanks for the help.
