Conflict theories constitute the legacy of Karl Marx. Can you give a specific scenarios or events that you experienced in your a) HOME, b) ORGANIZATION/WORKPLACE, c) COMMUNITY, that reinforces the philosophy that states "Without conflict there is no progress". This is the law which civilization has followed to the present day.

The conflict is a part of life. No matter how we constraint ourselves not to create arguments, it always had the open window to have conflicts. It differs from different factors, the most prevalent is being indifferent to each other.

Thatz true. Conflicts add to better introspection of the issue of conflict. Any flaws or drawbacks in to would be attempted to be highlighted by one and corrected by other. But conflicts help, only if both the sides are receptive and it may flare up, if they are admanant.
