I think it is good to take a heavier breakfast and breakfast is one of the thing that gives us energy throughout the day. There are lots of dishes in our place that we take on different days for breakfast.
I am from Southindia and we most have dosa and idili in the morning. Sometimes we have chappathi, appam, puttu, etc. I think masala dosa is one of the famous Southindian dish and it is very good to have masala dosa. It is very yummy.
