To be a moody - is it good or bad ?

my wife goes moody occasionally. there is no time and space for this . she will become moody for no reasons . is it good or bad ?

It happen to my wife also moreoften when she got her periode, for the first it makes me angry and disturb me a lot but when I know that it is normal for women got moody sometime it isn't disturb me anymore. So, don't worry about it, it's normal and good for her to let her moody out.
