Do you think smoking is no more viewed as a modern status symbol like previously

I think people don't like smoking as something adorable anymore. People understand things better. Few decades back it was a status symbol. People used to smoke to suit their personality. Youngsters came in. Now people have changed their mind I think. How do you think ?

Yes indeed a few decades back smoking was considered a status symbol. people thought that smoking was cool. Even today some airheaded youngsters think that they would become studs by smoking and they can impress girls with smoking. How vain are those guys. But its a fact nowadays people are much more sensible and have become aware of the illeffects of smoking. People have become more health concious including youngsters who are becoming inclined to a healthier lifestyle.
