In Italy the most fames starter is bruscetta; a rostet white brad with crashed tomatoes mixed with salt, pepper, a little garlic and of course oregano. But there are lots of other types of bruscetta, for instance with different vegetables, salmon etc. So wich other types of bruscette do You know?

My stepdad works as a chef at a resort and they make bruscetta with eggplant and zuchinie on it. They also put Salmon and spinich on it as well. I tried it but really didn't like it. I prefer the original kind with tomatoes and spices.

I haven't really heard of bruscetta until a few years ago. I think it is gaining more popularity here recently. You could probably order it in an italian restaurant, but now you see it a lot in stores. I like mushrooms and chopped black olives.
