Doing Job after 12th Standard without Bechalor degree. Is it good or bad?

Right now i'm pursuing my graduation in correspondance.
I start working with private company after passing out my 12th standard. I feel uncomfortable because i mixed up learning and earning.
Do you have such situation?
Kindly advice me what is good and what is bad ?
