I have been having nightmares lately and I don't know why. Do you still have nightmares?

I have nightmares some nights and usually I can attribute it to something I ate. If I eat just before going to bed, most nights that will guarantee me bad dreams. Although I think we all go through periods where we seem to have more of them than at other times. Hopefully this will soon pass for you and you'll be back to getting a peaceful night's rest. Try and eliminate the stress from your life and see if this happens, although I realize that is so much easier said than done. Good luck.

I too have nightmares for some reason but most of them are caused by stress and outside influences that are close to heart. I do have some oddball ones about zombies and seriel killers but I end up waking before anything bad happens. Hope you can work those out kitten.

Almost all of my nightmares have come from problems at work. I find it better to relax and just do the best I can to get through them.

Yes, I am in my late 30's and still have nightmares, but not as often as when I was younger. I think some of it has to do with everyday stress. And sometimes if I eat something too late in the evening before going to bed, I will have nightmares.
