I go to a yoga class once a week, Sundays at 4:00 pm until 5:30 pm. I don't have to worry about being cold--the class I take it "hot yoga."

I would like to stick to 5 to 6am. I feel this is the best time However, I only do meditation whenever I have the time. Yours, William http://www.InternetMarketingBiz.com http://www.Portal-Success.com

I suppose you do yoga outside been as you mentioned the temperature. The best time for me is at night because that´s when I can concentrate best. It helps me to relax and to get to sleep easier.

I'd like to do yoga before sunrise. After some jogging and warm-up exercise beside the sea. It's very refreshing and soothing to the mind and body. I used to do it when I was in college. I still want to do it again.

I like to do it in the morning or early afternoon it sorts me out for the day then. I need to do it more often I don't do it nearly as often as I should.
