This goes out to everone who responded to my discussion lost. I wanna thank everyone for their very helpful advice. I am doing much better now, although it is very hard for me to sleep still, I have my drive back for school. I wanna say thanx again and I wish I could give EVERYONE the best response. Thank You!

I am happy to here that your feeling better. From reading your discussion, you are definately a smart young lady. Keep it up, you'll be so happy when you graduate. I hope you can get more sleep, just try to relax when you can and maybe take an aromatherapy bath.

great for you! you should go back to school. i had been following your discussions and have gone through some of your responses and find you intelligent. it will be sad if one intelligent person like you will lack interest to go and finish school. enhance your knowledge!

It's great to hear you are feeling better (sorry you're still not sleeping the greatest though). I'm glad to hear you have your drive back for school as well. You are very smart and can definitely make a difference in the world :) Keep smiling!

You're welcome, I'm glad we could help! I remember having some really stressful times in college... yoga helped me find some peace and restfulness and helped me overcome some insomnia. Another safe, herbal thing to try for insomnia is Melatonin. I take it occassionally when I have trouble sleeping and it is a natural supplement, non addictive and just helps me get some sleep. Giving your body rest does wonders for dealing with stress!!
