Yes I have noticed that I gain lots of weight in winters as we tend to do less exercise in winter due to cold and even you eat more in winters as you feelmore hungry. In summers you drink water and other drinks alot and hence your stomach gets filled and therefore eat less. And you sweat more so loose calories more.

in the summer you normally do more exercise, you go running, you play sports on the outside...you go out more with friends.....in short you move more...so i find it normal that most people put on weight in the winter. Also you have christmas time...when you eat way more than usual, and that happens in the winter time.

You are absolutely right my friend and thats why we gain more in the winters. Then there is thanksgiving and new year also. And in the summers you go out for camping and tennis and other outdoor games so you loose easily even you are eating much. Thanks for your response.
