What's for dinner?

I agree its very cold here too. Im having some baked chicken potatoes and a veggie. And I will cook some chocolate chip cookie today. sound good?

My dinner tonight will probably be fish fillets with ketch up. And maybe a vegetable. I'm thinking corn that's canned since I can microwave it fast. I'd really like a pasta dinner with garlic bread but I don't have the ingredients to make it.

I made mashed potatoes with homous and a stir fry. In the stir fry we had brocolli, carrots, red pepper and mushrooms. My girls love mashed potatoes and I thought I had better do some healthy vegetables for them.

We just had nice stew yesterday - yum. But it's monday, which means I'm exhausted when I get home, which means it's burgers and homemade french fries. Lazy but yummy!

Son has money for dinner and won't be home until 10ish so I'm coming to our house - sounds great. Honestly, I'll most likely grab something out of the freezer to pop in the microwave. My eating habits are horrid but will be changing, tomorrow I have a job for 4 weeks at least helping an elderly couple which includes fixing 3 meals a day for them from the menu set out by their RN daughter. They insist that I eat with them.
