Are they supposed to be the answer for good health?

How many eggs a day is good, better or best for health and for what ages or weight categories and health conditions? Can you do without them?

try looking around the internet for sites that give your the needed amount for your body and age. spark is a good place to try at. eggs have been proven to be good. firstly they are the cheapest form of protein in the market today.leaving the yolks aside the white do wonder at the start of the day for losing weight. but with drinking of plenty water to beat the heat in your system. i require 4 egg whites a day which does me wonder. there have been proves that they improve your brain functioning too.
