In English God should be referred to as 'him' but this does not imply he is male. God is God not a man or woman. But in English 'him' or 'he' are universal pronoun, that is, it is as well as being used for male it is used to be non-gender specific. In the same way that 'man' can mean specifically a male or just to denote a person. Originally, in Anglo-Saxon man meant person and males wear 'wap-men' and females were 'wifmen.' all the best urban

God lives without form, He is a spirit whose presence we can feel through all of His creations. I wonder why anyone will have to give Him any gender. However, I have asked that question before, too, and the answer I got? Well, I was told that definitely, he is male. There are some verses in the Bible to support it, so I was told. Sadly, I can't provide them here because I didn't take note of it. I never thought I'd encounter anyone who will entertain the same query during my lifetime.
