Breastfeeding with old nipple piercings

I'm currently pregnant and just started leaking colostrum. I had my nipples pierced a few years ago and I thought that they had closed up, apparently one side of one piercing didn't and on that side I'm only leaking out of that hole. Has anyone experienced this or have any information on this? I'm hopeing that it won't be a problem and when the colostrum and milk really come in it won't just be out of that hole, but if so - does anyone know anything that I can do so that this does not cause a breastfeeding problem?

I THINK YOU SHOULD CONSULT DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY

Its not an immediate problem, but thanks. This could very well be a non-issue by the time the baby comes along, and even if it is an issue there is no way to know until I actually start nursing, which won't be for a few more months.
