Describe your ideal night out on the town

My ideal night out on the town is a nice seafood dinner, moonlit walk near the ocean, and a glass of wine at a jazz club. With my husband, of course.

The night I think back to was just a night out with fellow teachers. We went to Atlanta for a convention. In the evening we walked to a fantastic restaurant not far from our hotel. Afterwards we walked around and enjoyed the sights, for many of us had never been there. We just talked and walked and enjoyed being together.

Atlanta is beautiful, especially at night. My husband and I visited last year and fell in love all over again, with each other and the town. We visited again with our children and they too loved it. So guess what...we moved near Atlanta over the summer (from Miami).

The best I can think of is when my wife and I go out on our aniversery. We send the kids to Gramma's and get a room in DC. Go to dinner, walk around the city, and relaxe in our room. Maybe go for a few drinks nearby. It's one of the few times a year we get alone time, and it always comes just in time.
We come home the next day "reconnected". It really helps.
