stem cell research

I see no problem with it myself. I know that others have problems with it. But I feel if they can find cures for some of these devestating diseases through stem cell research that would be great.

This treatment is very controversial but apparently there is much hope that it can help people, particularly those suffering from Parkinsons and Alzheimers. These diseases are so devastating that surely guidelines could be set up to prevent misuse of the technology. Stem cell treatment seems to be the way forward, what do you think?
