Foggy or Ice fall which is enjoyable

Now our country experiencing huge fogs at morning and evening to night, road transports are playing slowly with head light on but water transport are keeping stop for 6-8 hrs. each day. Enjoying inside car with bg/gf is much facilitated at foggy day but in our country there is no ice falling, so what is more enjoyable to drive car at foggy day or ice falling day?

If it is little or within tolerance then ice is better because ski can play in ice and car vehicle can drive but in foggy no use except drive car with head light on and little fun in the water transport if any friend inside otherwise fear of accident in foggy day.

I do not think any of them is enjoyable at all because you really have to pay attention, so you won't get into an accident.
