SELF CONFIDENT...it is difficult for me..

hey, i almost fail to get self confident. When i entering this job, i need to present my work with all staff members and sometimes visitors from big company. i always thinking on how the presentation would happen. it can makes me blur and forget everything..forget important point to speak. i tried to get the self confident but how i am gonna get it??? it is very difficult to me. so, did anybody have any good tips to share?? please drop here. thanks..
