Recommending a decent Canadian Culinary School?

So, after 3 years of a fruitless and miserable attempt at a Psychology degree, my mom suggested that I go for a trade that I would like doing for a few years. I thought about it and realized that I was quite content when cooking at a small hometown restaurant. So, I decided that my next expedition into the world of education would be into Culinary School! Anyone have any experience in the area? More specifically, a Canadian point of reference (as that's where I'll be attending school) would be helpful. Any handy tips, tricks or warnings I should heed from the others?
