can someone tell me how to reduce my angry?

hI, these days I am getting angry easily and falling into troubles, I am unable to control my feelings and I am getting disgusted easily , please say some solution to this.

Its very easy to get into probs if u have no control on anger. Always take about 5-7sec to think before u proceed, even in anger. When u are angry, think about something that makes u feel happy and peaceful. Hope this helps.

hi,Due to stressed working atmosphere,the chance of getting angry becoming common in everybody's life..so practice YOGA AND MEDITATION gives you best results..

First, take a deep breath. When we become angry, our breathing pattern becomes short and shallow. Focus on taking breaths with a shorter intake 4-5 seconds and a longer outtake 6-7 secconds. Find the "purpose" of why you get angry. Most of the times there is no need to be angry. Look at the situation from other person's perspective. Get their view before you jump to conclusions.
