Personaly, I can't avoid to sleep a lot every time. I used to sleep minimum 11-13 hours a day and I think I loose a lot of time. Do you there exists a serious solution to avoid to sleep a lot ?

I think the best way to avoid sleeping in general is to keep being busy. I never go to sleep until very late because I'm often busy reading or on the computer. To keep your energy up, snack and drink something every few hours so you don't wipe out. Also, though this is probably more psychological than anything, I've found that not looking or doing anything on your bed helps a lot. As soon as I get into bed to watch tv or read I fall asleep about ten minutes after and that's no good! I hope this helps you some!

There's nothing wrong with that. Do you know that during sleep the brain stays busy sorting and storing information, replenishing chemicals, and reslving problems or inequities. Scientists are not axactly sure how all this happens, but they are amazed by the amount and variety of activity that occurs while the body is at rest.
